Shipping

Headbands- Due to unique handmade nature of each item, please allow 3-5 days processing time (not including holidays or weekends)

Apparel- turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.

All designs are handmade and customized per order.

US CUSTOMERS
All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail (Standard Mail) if option is selected. Your order will include tracking and will update you with your shipping confirmation and tracking number in an email when your item ships. Once your items are shipped it usually takes 3-6 business days depending on USPS. Cutie Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  If a package is lost you will need to call your local post office. All addresses must be correct at the time of purchase!  We ship where we are told to ship and can not be held responsible due to the buyer not providing us with correct mailing address.

Priority Mail- Is a 1-3 day service (not guaranteed) If you select this option all items will be processed normal processing time and ship via priority mail.

Rush Order/Priority Shipping- This means we will put your order in front of all other open orders. Priority Shipping is usually a 1-3 service. This is not a guaranteed shipping service.  If you are looking for a guaranteed shipping service, please contact me.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Shipping date is anywhere from 3-5 days from purchase date. We use USPS first class mail international mail.   Please be aware that this method does NOT include insurance and must be chosen at buyer's risk as YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED for lost or damaged packages. Recipient is responsible for any duty or custom charges and taxes. We are not responsible for any items once they have shipped, please email us prior to purchase if you would like to add insurance to your package. You will be updated with your shipping confirmation and tracking number in an email when your item ships. Once your items are shipped international orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. We can not control the speed of delivery.  Cutie Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  All addresses must be correct at the time of purchase!  We ship where we are told to ship and can not be held responsible due to the buyer not providing us with correct mailing address.
